Curated Heritage Sourcing
We track landmark restorations and heritage conversions across London before they reach general marketing — access through direct developer relationships.

Division: The Folio
A limited collection of landmark restorations and architect-led heritage conversions across London. Developer side only — commission paid by the developer, no cost to the buyer. Every asset carries provenance, not just a floor plan.
"The Folio is not a catalogue. It is a small number of buildings worth writing about — each entered with a signed Curator's Note, not a brochure."
The Collection
What The Folio Provides
We track landmark restorations and heritage conversions across London before they reach general marketing — access through direct developer relationships.
Every asset in The Folio carries a signed note from our desk — why this project, why now, and what makes the restoration credible.
We work only with developers and design teams with a proven record in heritage-sensitive restoration and listed-building consent.
Commission is paid by the developer. Buyers pay nothing for introduction, access or Curator's Note review.
Building history, conservation status, and the restoration brief — presented as a dossier, not a listing sheet.
Who We Serve
The Folio is built for:
Access is by curated introduction. Commission is paid by the developer — never the buyer. Capital structuring and SPV coordination sit with Capital, not here.
The Folio holds a small number of live restorations at any time. We will share the current collection and relevant Curator's Notes before any introduction.
Brick & Fortune is not a financial adviser authorised by the FCA; on financing and tax matters, we coordinate exclusively with licensed specialists.
