Who we are

Brick & Fortune is an independent London investment house based in Knightsbridge, acting for international private clients, family offices, professional investors and developers. We work in English and Turkish, with offices in London, Istanbul and Ankara.

Our founder, M. Serhat Saatcı, has more than 25 years' experience across property, development, marketing and operations. After the Koç Group, he served as Marketing Director at Soyak, where he led the online launch of Soyak Olympiakent Phase 2, and later as Deputy General Manager at A. Yıldırım International Construction, where he led the Milenyum Park villa project.

He then founded Empro, Pro-J and Dr. House, building an end-to-end residential ecosystem spanning sales, interior design, maintenance, staffing, renovation and landscaping. Brick & Fortune applies the same end-to-end discipline in London.

We treat property as an instrument of capital rather than an end in itself. Our residential work concentrates on prime central London, where history, quality and liquidity are most concentrated; Capital mandates follow the asset and the brief.

There is no standard prescription, because no two clients' circumstances are the same. Each mandate begins with the client's objectives, constraints and time horizon.
