We source residential and commercial opportunities through open-market intelligence and discreet introductions, assess them on evidence, and negotiate on the client's behalf. We coordinate due diligence, refurbishment to a bespoke specification, and the work of solicitors, surveyors, lenders and tax advisers through to completion and, where relevant, exit.

After completion, Private Office continues to represent clients in the UK: asset oversight, reporting and coordination of property management, legal, accounting and tax professionals.
