Why Brick & Fortune
I didn't set out to build another agency. After two decades leading some of Turkey's largest residential developments and building a multi-brand service ecosystem of my own, I moved to London in 2021 and saw the same pattern investors everywhere run into: agencies sell inventory, and nobody is structurally required to act only for the buyer.
Brick & Fortune is an independent investment house, not an agency. We vet opportunities off-market, coordinate SPV and tax architecture with the right specialists, and represent the acquirer only — never the seller.
