Private aviation,
funded with discretion.

Buying an aircraft, or putting the one you own on a better footing, should not mean a dozen separate conversations with a dozen banks. We take your brief to a short list of lenders who understand aviation, and we handle what comes after.

Where we can help

01

Acquisition

A new aircraft or a pre-owned one. The funding is shaped around the aircraft and the way you intend to hold it.

02

Refinance

Already own an aircraft? We can look at replacing or restructuring the facility you have today.

03

Releasing capital

Raising funds against an aircraft you own, so the value in it works for you without a sale.

Structures

The structure should follow your circumstances, not the other way round. Among the routes we can explore with lenders:

  • A lease-purchase, or an operating lease
  • Repayments that finish with a final balloon payment
  • Ownership through an offshore company or a trust
  • Brand-new aircraft and used ones alike

From first call to handover

  1. 1

    Your brief

You tell us the aircraft, who will own it and how it will be flown. Tax and ownership questions come up at the start, not at the end.

  2. 2

    The right lenders

We approach only the lenders whose appetite fits, and we keep every conversation confidential.

  3. 3

    Completion

We run the paperwork: loan documents, aircraft registration and each lender’s legal conditions. We stay with the transaction until it closes.

Brick & Fortune does not lend. Funding comes from independent specialist lenders, subject to their own credit approval and terms.

Tell us about the aircraft

A short note is enough to begin: the aircraft, the ownership you have in mind, and what you want the finance to achieve.
